The Starting Point: Human Action

It’s critical to understand property is the foundation if we want to avoid societal destruction.  All human action starts with the body.  That’s inescapable.  You must use the body to act.  You own the body as the first user.  It’s your property.  Only you can directly control your body.  Someone else can only indirectly control it.  It’s impossible for anyone else to own your body other than you.  This has always been true and will always be true.

Failure to realize the body is the starting point can lead to various utopian schemes.  Property explodes these fallacies, but they continue to this day.  Wild claims have been made in the past, like the oceans filling with lemonade.  This is far from the only absurd claim.  Claims as ridiculous as this seem like they would dissuade supporters.  They might abandon certain claims, nevertheless, they remain apologists for the statist doctrine.

Economics has been led astray by physics.  The pseudo-economists will attempt to use formulas.  Like Murray Rothbard said, the variables they use are “unmotivated.”  Mathematics are used to confuse the uninitiated.  You can’t measure something that’s always subject to change.  Everything in that equation would have to be a variable to be correct.  Since everything is a variable, there’s no point in having the equation.

There’s not a single competent economist that can’t see the absurdities in the formulas they put forward.  These formulas are amateurish, at best.  They might fool the masses, but a real economist will look at that formula and laugh.  In fact, anyone who realizes human action is real, will know that any formula is absurd.  Action is always a variable, and can never be put into an equation.

The starting point isn’t arbitrarily chosen.  Property is the incontestable starting point.  It’s impossible to think without using your mind.  Even before you move, you’re acting.  This can’t be escaped by clever reasoning.  Not a single person can negate this without proving it correct.  There is a starting point, and it’s incontestable.  Every action can be explained by property.  All statist schemes rest on destroying it.
