Failure to recognize the significance of political parties will lead to confusion.  There is a fundamental difference between the two.  Society is just individuals cooperating, respecting private property.  Political parties are about removing private property by force.  The party isn’t interested in society.  They are only interested in the party.  Political parties are possessed by the spirit of violence.

Capitalism is radically different from political parties.  Various parties must spread propaganda to get the masses on board with their platform.  Everything other than capitalism needs propaganda.  Capitalism delivers the goods, literally.  The capitalist doesn’t act based on whims.  He responds to actions taken by the consumers.  He doesn’t dictate to the masses.  The consumers are the masters under capitalism.

Those in office depend on votes.  They get votes by massive amounts of propaganda.  A business depends on the consumers.  They’re not in business for a term of a few years.  Every single day they must provide the consumers with what they demand.  Failing at this will lead to bankruptcy.  They won’t produce a profit if they don’t produce for the consumers.  This is roughly equivalent to a politician having to face an election every day.

The goal of business is the best possible satisfaction of the consumers.  This way they’ll turn into return customers, and help spread the word about a good business.  If the customers aren’t satisfied, they’ll switch to another business, and spread the word that it’s a bad business.  This has a major impact.  A business can only survive if the customers are pleased.  Customer satisfaction can be the difference between thriving and bankruptcy.

A political party’s goal is to brainwash you, and turn you into a reliable voter.  Maybe you’re satisfied or not, that candidate will be in office for a term, at least.  The goal of a business is to convince you to buy their products and come back again.  They are fundamentally different.  Failure to recognize the difference will lead to more and more problems.  You’ll end up swallowing whole the propaganda put out by the party.
